Lower Blue Lake
8/22/2022: This is a very pleasant little hike that follows an old road that runs along the lake shore and bordered with forest on the opposite side. You will need to cross the creek at the end of the lake early on, and it can be tricky. See the Trail Map. The hike to the falls is nothing to write home about, but the falls are pretty and the lake itself is gorgeous.

Crossing the stream
Marg’s Notes: Lazy Marg.
Rod’s Ramblings from the Trail: Lazy Rod. We did this on the same day we did Lily Pad Lake. I didn’t take notes on this hike.
More notes: You can also use the Trailhead to hike up to Upper Blue Lake.
